JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 905 of 2009, under Sections 406, 420, 447, 457 & 380 IPC, police station Hazaratganj, district Lucknow.
We have gone through the contents of the FIR. Since it discloses commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed. However, seeing the age of the petitioner which is claimed to be 65-years, it is hereby provided that if petitioner surrenders and moves application for bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the courts below. With the aforesaid direction/observation, writ petition stands finally disposed of.
