JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal,J.
A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel that the Chief Secretary is not a necessary party as no relief has been claimed against him. He further submits that the grievance of the petitioner with regard to the non disposal of a representation preferred for releasing of certain funds from the Chief Minister's Fund.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to delete the opposite party no. 1/Chief Secretary, Civil Secretariat in the array of the parties.
He may do so during the course of the day.
List/Put up tomorrow.
