The applicant has approached this Court assailing the orders, passed by the courts below, whereby the impleadment application under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C of the third party has been allowed.
The impugned order would note that the third party is claiming title over the suit property on the basis of registered sale deed executed in 2003, therefore, the court was of the opinion that the third party is a necessary party to the lis and in absence of third party, suit cannot be decided.
Learned counsel for the applicant failed to point out any illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error in the impugned orders.
The petition being devoid of merit is accordingly dismissed.
No order as to costs.
