Re: Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 374181 of 2016 Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and Sri P.K. Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation.
In the third and fourth last line of the fifth paragraph of the order dated 1.12.2016 the word "salary" be read in place of words "gratuity amount".
Learned counsel for the petitioner has further prayed that the actual amount may be paid within a stipulated period to which Sri P.K. Tripathi has no objection.
In such view of the matter, in the last line of the second last paragraph of the aforesaid order the words "and the entire excise may be undertaken by the concerned authority preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him" are being added after the words "actual payment".
The correction application is accordingly allowed.
