JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel contends that there were three posts of Cook for serving in Mid Day Meal Scheme. The petitioner was one of the applicants. There were only three applicants against three posts. No reason has been assigned for not selecting the petitioner.
Issue notice, returnable on 22.8.2012.
District Magistrate, Faizabad, is directed to file his reply as to under what circumstances against three posts and three applicants, only two applicants were selected and appointed.
