JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate.
The present writ petition has been filed against lodging of First Information Report relating to Case Crime No. 406 of 2010 under Section 498-A & 304-B IPC read with Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act of Police Station Hardi, district Bahraich.
We have gone through the contents of the First Information Report. Since the allegations made in the First Information Report disclose commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
