JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for opposite parties no1. to 5.
By means of this writ petition order dated 29.5.2010 passed by the Civil Court on application for temporary injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 C.P.C. has been challenged. Indisputably the impugned order is appealable under order 43 Rule 1 (r) C.P.C.
On the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy of appeal to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed.
