This writ petition arises out of proceedings for mutation. It is the case of the petitioner that mutation case was filed on 30.8.2013 and interim order has been granted.

I am not inclined to interfere in the writ petition questioning the proprietary or otherwise of the interim order granted by the court below. However, writ petition is disposed of with an observations that the proceedings in the mutation case be concluded expeditiously preferably within a period of four months by the court concerned.
