Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners Smt. Isha Devi And Anr. with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for not to interfere in the peaceful living of the petitioners.
Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the present case no FIR has been lodged, it is directed that in case petitioners is having any grievance, the same may be raised before S.P. Sitapur who shall look into the matter so that injustice may not done with the petitioners.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
