Admit on the following substantial question of law:-

Whether the defendant/respondent could have acquired any right in the land in dispute vide sale deed dated 13.8.90 alleged to have been executed by Ram Prasad Tripathi, when the plaintiffs/appellants have already acquired rights in the said land by virtue of Section 9 of U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act as well as by the agreement dated 3.1.52 and the sale deed dated 2.4.52 executed by Ram Prasad Tripathi himself?

Issue notice to the defendant/respondent by registered post fixing a date.

Until further orders of this court parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the land in dispute.
