Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for State.
Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner claiming that she is working on Group-D post of Mali with the opposite parties since the year 1998 and is entitled for regularization as per Regularization Rules, 2016. It is further claimed that petitioner is also entitled for minimum of the pay scale as petitioner is performing same work and duties as are being performed by the regular employees.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met, in case representation of petitioner for the aforesaid purpose, is considered and decided in a time bound manner.
Learned standing counsel has no objection to the same.
The petitioner has made representation dated 15-02-2020 and thereafter reminders dated 02-06-2020 and 07-12-20 to the opposite party no. 4 i.e. District Horticulture Officer, Aliganj, Lucknow, but, no decision has been taken till date.
Without entering into the merit of the case and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the opposite party no. 4 is directed to decide the representation/reminders of the petitioner in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is served.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
