1. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing transfer of investigation of Case Crime No.441 of 2014, under Sections 363, 366-A, 352, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Lalganj, District Pratapgarh to other police station within the District.
2. None has appeared for the petitioner to prosecute the case.
3. Sri. S.P. Singh, learned counsel for the prosecuting agency has given a statement on the basis of instructions that investigation has been concluded. No incriminating evidence has been collected. Final order bearing No.61 of 2015 has been prepared on 29.06.2015.
4. From the above, it is evident that investigation has been concluded. Under the circumstances, there is no occasion to issue a direction in context of investigation.
5. Petition is disposed of.
