JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble S.N.H. Zaidi,J.
In spite of repeated calls no one is present on behalf of respondents.
The amendment application is allowed without imposing any cost. As a result whereof necessary amendment be carried out by learned counsel for the petitioner by red ink within two weeks from this date. A copy of the amended writ petition be supplied to the respondents to take any objection with regard to amended writ petition.
After completion of formalities, the matter will once again appear in due course.
