This Court vide order dated 22.01.2021 directed the detenue along with respondent nos.4 and 5, who are the parents of detenue Smt. Gayatri Devi to remain present today.

Respondent nos.4 and 5 are present in person. They have stated that there has been a compromise between the parties and Gyanendra @ Babbu, husband of Gayatri Devi, is living happily with Gayatri Devi and they have no objection of her living with her husband. An affidavit of respondent no.4 has been placed on record annexing a copy of compromise arrived at between the parties.

Since the corpus is already with the petitioner, this petition does not survive any more and, therefore, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
