JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogesh Chandra Gupta,J.
In this appeal, an interim order was passed on 30.5.2011.
The appellant has filed an application for correction of the same.
In the 1st and 2nd line of the 2nd paragraph the words 'the recovery by the Insurance Company' be omitted. In the 3rd line of 2nd paragraph the word 'dated 5.5.2011' may be read in place of word 'dated 25.5.2011'.
With the aforesaid observations, the application is allowed.
