JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for opposite party no.1.
In view of order proposed to be passed in the petition issuance of notice to opposite party no.2 is dispensed with.
This petition has been filed for a direction to opposite party no.1 i.e. the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Haidargarh, District-Barabanki to decide the case No.T-21804120506642 (Smt.Dukhema Vs.Raj Kumar) filed under Section 34 of the U.P.Revenue Code 2006 within some stipulated period.
Copy of the order sheet indicates that the case has been adjourned mostly on the ground of strike of lawyers.
In view of above, this court is not inclined to issue any direction. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an application for expeditious disposal of the case showing the urgency with an undertaking that she will not seek unnecessary adjournment and will assist the court even during strike of lawyers. In case any such application is moved, the same may be considered by the concerned court in accordance with law and in case the court considers the matter to be expedited a condition may also be imposed that the case shall be adjourned only on heavy cost.
The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of.
