Civil Misc. Delay Condonation Application.
Sri Vimlesh Kumar, Advocate, filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Cause shown is sufficient. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the respondent states that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the respondent could not come. He requested that some other date may be fixed.
List on 2.9.2014. On that day, both the parties shall appear in person. The respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards expenses to the appellant by 2nd September, 2014.
Until further order, the operation of the order dated 11.4.2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mathura in matrimonial case no. 158 of 2012 (Gopal Prasad Vs. Smt. Devki) shall remain stayed.
