Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A and learned counsel for the complainant.
In the present case First Information Report in question which has been filed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition has been perused. Perusal of aforesaid First Information report, discloses commission of cognizable offence, as such no interference is being made by this Court. However, in case petitioner appear before the court concerned within three weeks from today and apply for bail in the aforesaid case, their prayer for bail shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with the observations made by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. reported in 2009 (2) Crime (4) (SC).
