This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the proceeding of Complaint Case No. 172/2011 ( Vishwanath Vs. Raj Kuamr and others) under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452, 427 and 147 IPC pending before the Court of J.M. 3rd Gorakhpur.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the parties have settled their dispute out of Court.
Sri Rajeev Chaddha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2 affirms the same.
In view of the settlement between the parties, this application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is partly allowed. The proceedings of Complaint Case No. 172/2011 ( Vishwanath Vs. Raj Kuamr and others) under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452, 427 and 147 IPC pending before the Court of J.M. 3rd Gorakhpur is hereby quashed.
