Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A.
This is correction application no. 329784 of 2012, which has been filed in the registry today, which has been summoned from the registry on the basis of urgency shown by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the order dated 31.10.2012 is hereby corrected by mentioning petitioners in place of petitioner in the first list of the second paragraph, 2nd line, 16th line, 17th line, 18th line, 20th line and 23rd line of the fourth paragraph of the order.
Accordingly the correction application is allowed.
