JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is grated four weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

Till the next date of listing, the realization of demand towards stamp duty and penalty shall remain stayed provided the petitioners deposit 50% of the demand towards stamp duty within a period of one month. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment.
