JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel accepted notice on behalf of opposite parties no.1, 2 and 3 and perused the records. In view of order being proposed to be passed, notices to Private Respondent i.e. 4 to 7 stand disposed with. The instant writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:
"(I.) Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the Opposite Parties, particularly Opposite Party no.3 not to raise any construction over the disputed land Gata No.652 and 227/1477, situated at Village-Bhatpi, Tehsil and District-Gonda. (II) Issue any other or direction which this High Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner in the interest of Justice. (III) Allow the cost of the writ petition in favour of the petitioner."
After arguing the matter at some length, Mr. Rajeev Kumar Mishra Rudra, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement at bar that he does not want to press the writ petition, he may be permitted to not press this writ petition with liberty to petitioner to approach authority concerned. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties has no objection.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
