JUDGMENT / ORDER

Admit on the following substantial questions of law :
1-Whether the appellate court was justified in declaring the family settlement as null and void?
2-Whether the appellate court was justified in holding that Smt. Noor Jahan had the share over the property?
3- Whether the appellate court was justified in holding that Mst. Rahmat was the daughter of Abdul Rahman?
Sri Anil Sharma, Advocate appears on behalf of respondent no. 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 and 1/5. Sri K.K. Tiwari, Advocate, appears on behalf of respondent nos. 2/1, 2/2 and 2/3. Issue notice to respondent nos. 3/2, 3/3, 3/4, 3/5, 3/6, 3/7 and 3/8 and 4/1, 4/2, 4/3, 4/4 and 4/5 and 5/1,/5/2, 5/3, 5/4 and 5/5 and 6/1, 6/2, 6/3, 6/4, 6/5, 6/6, 6/7 and 6/8. The appellants may take steps within two weeks. All the respondents, if so advised, may file counter affidavit within four weeks.
List thereafter. Office is directed to summon the lower court records at the cost of the appellants. The appellants may deposit the requisite cost within two weeks. Meanwhile, the parties shall maintain status-quo.
