Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners Smt. Beenu Singh And Anr. with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned not to interfere in the peaceful living of the petitioners.
Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the present case no FIR has been lodged, it is directed that in case the petitioners is having any grievance the same may be raised before S.P. Gonda, who shall look into the matter in accordance with law so that injustice may not be done with the petitioners.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
