JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner Smt. Bano with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned to make the investigation of case crime No. 504 of 2013 under sections 363, 366, 376 IPC, P.S. Mallawan, District Hardoi and to provide proper security to the petitioner and her daughter.
Considering the facts that in the present case the accused Sazid has been arrested and he was released on bail and against others charge sheet has been submitted in the court.
This petition has become infractuous, accordingly it is disposed of.
