This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to transfer the investigation of case crime No. 187 of 2013 under sections 147, 504, 506, 323, 328, 304 IPC P.S. Maharajganj, District Faizabad.
Considering the submission made by learned A.G.A. that in the present case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been submitted against two persons under sections 323, 504 IPC, in case the petitioner is having any grievance, the same may be raised before the court concerned. In case such application is moved the court concerned shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
