As per office report, the copy of the writ petition has not been furnished in the office, so notice could not be sent to the respondent no. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to submit the copy of the writ petition in the office within three days. If the copy of the writ petition is furnished, in that case office shall send notice to respondent no. 4 fixing therein 21.3.2016.

List this matter on 21.3.2016 on which date respondent no. 4 shall produce the corpus before the court, failing which coercive action shall be taken against him.
