This petition has been filed merely on apprehension that the BTC certificate obtained by the petitioner by way of correspondence would not be accepted by the respondents.

There is no material to show that such certificate has not been accepted and is not being accepted.

Under the circumstances, this Court is of the view that this petition is premature and is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in case her candidature is rejected on the ground that she has obtained BTC through correspondence.
