JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This Court has passed order dated 30.7.2019 as under:-
"Heard Sri Prashant Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice for opposite party no.1 has been accepted by office of ASG.
Sri Pankaj Singh Yadav, learned Advocate, holding brief of Sri Krishna Chandra has submitted that notices for opposite parties no.3, 4 and 5 have been accepted by Sri Krishna Chandra today itself, therefore, at least 24 hours' time may be granted to him to seek instructions in the matter.
As to whether notice to opposite parties no.2 & 6 would be issued shall be considered on the next date.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the examination in question i.e. Examination of Staff Nurse is to be conducted on 2.8.2019 and the petitioner has not been given admit card despite being eligible for that.
List/ put up this petition tomorrow i.e. 31.7.2019 in the additional cause list to enable the learned counsel for opposite parties no.3 to 5 to seek complete instructions in the matter."
Sri Krishna Chandra, learned counsel for opposite parties no.3 to 5 has apprised the Court on the basis of instructions that the date of examination in question, which was fixed for 2.8.2019, has been postponed and no date has yet been fixed.
In view of the proposed order, notices to opposite parties no.2 & 6 are dispensed with as no prejudice is being caused to opposite parties no.2 & 6 by this order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court towards representation dated 24.7.2019, which is contained in Annexure No.7 to the writ petition, preferred by the petitioner to the General Manager (R.P.), I.T.I. Ltd., Raebareli and as per learned counsel for the petitioner, no decision has been taken on the aforesaid representation. Therefore, he has requested that direction for disposal of the representation may be issued.
Accordingly, without entering into merits of the issue, the writ petition is disposed of finally at the admission stage directing the General Manager (R.P.), I.T.I. Ltd., Raebareli to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 24.7.2019, which is contained in Annexure No.7 to the writ petition in accordance with law, by speaking and reasoned order, within a period of fifteen days from the date of production of certified copy of the order of this Court. It is also observed that appropriate decision be taken in the matter of the petitioner before fixing any other date for the examination in question.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
