JUDGMENT / ORDER

Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court an affidavit has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 5,8 and 9 who are present before the Court and have been identified by their counsel Sri M.J.Akhtar and a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 6 and 7 who are also present before the Court and have been identified by their counsel Ms. Namrta Tiwari. Both the affidavits are taken on record.
Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted a week's time to file reply of the aforesaid affidavits.
List this case on 27th May, 2014 showing the name of Ms. Namrta Tiwari also as counsel for the opposite party. On that date opposite parties need not to appear before the Court unless they are so called for again.
