1. By means of this transfer application, the applicant has prayed for transfer of Original Suit No. 19 of 2013; Gaurav Agarwal VS. Smt. Anju Agarwal under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division Bulandshahr to competent court of district Aligarh.
2. It is stated that the respondent has committed offence under section 307. Therefore, the applicant cannot go to pursue her case and attend the court at Bulandshahr because she has apprehension for her life.
3. It is no where stated that the applicant had ever attended the court proceeding at Bulandshahr or has been threatened or felt apprehension of life by the opposite party.
4. There is no ground for transfer of the abovementioned case. The application is accordingly rejected.
