Till that date the proceedings of Regular Suit No. 760 of 2013 (Satyarth Tewari vs. Smt. Anjali Tripathi), under Section 10 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow, shall remain stayed.
