Joint affidavit on behalf of the appellant and respondent filed today is taken on record.
In terms of the agreement entered into between the parties, stated in the joint affidavit, the amount has to be paid.
Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that by 30th August, 2014, the amount shall be paid as stipulated between the parties under the terms of the agreement.
