Smt. Anamika Verma and Sri Vikram Kumar Verma appeared in person along with their counsel. Both the parties arrived to settlement on the terms that Sri Vikram Kumar Verma shall pay a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (rupees twenty five lacs) to Smt. Anamika Verma, daughter of Sri Raj Kumar Katiyar, by way of bank draft or fixed deposit and further pay a sum of Rs.15,00,000/-(rupees fifteen lacs) to Km. Kavya Verma, daughter of Sri Vikaram Kumar Verma and Smt. Anamika Verma, by way of fixed deposit of a nationalized bank. The said fixed deposit shall be under such Fixed Deposit Scheme which shall yield maximum interest and shall be renewed from time to time and the proceed of the said deposit shall only be utilized at the time of her marriage.
Both the parties are directed to file their joint affidavit stating therein the terms and conditions.
Put up on Tuesday (15.7.2014) in Chambers at 3-30 P.M.
Both the parties shall appear in person on the date fixed.
