JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Vyomesh Chandra Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.M. Tripathi, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 1.
After hearing both the parties, I direct the petitioner to report to Opposite party No. 3 i.e. Headmaster within a period of three days to join her duties. If she is not allowed, then the petitioner and the B.S.A i.e. Opposite party No. 1 as well as the Headmaster i.e. opposite party No. 3 will remain present in person before this Court, on the next date of listing, On the next date of listing, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel shall ensure the presence of their clients.
