JUDGMENT / ORDER

By means of this writ petition the petitioner seeks re-opening of the controversy pertaining to appointment of respondent no. 6 as Shiksha Mitra made in the year 2001.
For whatever information the respondents may now obtained, a gap of 11 years is too long a period for re-opening of the controversy in the matter of appointment of a Shiksha Mitra.
The writ petition is dismissed.
