On 05.08.2016 following order was passed.
"Counter affidavit filed by learned Standing Counsel is totally vague. No Government Order or law has been referred in the counter affidavit. Matter relates to family pension. Thus, the District Inspector of Schools, Bhadohi is directed to file supplementary counter affidavit indicating, whether the petitioner is entitled for family pension or not and in case she is entitled then the detail reason referable to the relevant Rules and the Government Order would be mentioned in the supplementary counter affidavit. The said affidavit be filed within four weeks.

It is made clear that if the affidavit is not filed on the next date, the Court will view the matter seriously." Learned Standing Counsel states that the District Inspector of Schools was communicated this order on 06.08.2016 but he has not received any instruction. List this case on 18.10.2016.
The District Inspector of Schools, Bhadohi shall be personally present in the Court on the next date along with record to assist the Court.
