JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Shri Mohd Shoeb Khan, learned counsel for the applicant that learned Additional Government Advocate.
It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant and the applicant is the mother-in-law and the two Nands have been granted bail by this Court earlier. Dying declaration of the deceased Shazia was recorded by the executive magistrate in Delhi where she was admitted in Safdarganj Hospital, wherein she has deposed that only her husband co-accused Tariq has poured kerosene oil and set her on fire.
Learned Additional Government Advocate has opposed the prayer for bail.
Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, let the applicant Smt. Amena alias Meena, involved in case crime No. 156 of 2009, under sections 304-B/498-A IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, police station Qutuosher, district Saharanpur, be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
