CIVIL MISC. MODIFICATION APPLICATION.
Heard Sri Manish Goyal, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Rajesh Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party.
By means of the present application, the appellant is seeking some modification of the order dated 25.5.2012 to the extent that some reasonable time may be allowed to handover the possession.
On the facts and circumstances, the order is modified to the extent that after the last paragraph, the following be added:
"The appellant is allowed time upto 31st of October, 2012 to vacate the premises. In this regard the appellant may file an affidavit giving undertaking before the trial court within a period of two weeks."
The application is accordingly disposed of .
