Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.
Petitioner no.1 Smt. Alka Tewari and petitioner no.2 Anurag Sharma are present in Court.
The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for a direction in the nature of mandamus to restrain respondents from interfering in peaceful life of petitioners as husband and wife. Copies of High School Certificates are annexed as annexure nos.1 and 2 to the writ petition showing that petitioner no.1 was born on 20.5.1991 and petitioner no.2 on 5.7.1989. They appear to be major. Marriage certificate issued by Arya Samaj Heeraganj, Kanpur Nagar, is annexed as annexure no.3 to the writ petition in proof of their marriage.
Issue notice to respondent no.3 returnable at an early date.
Counter affidavit may be filed within three weeks from the date of receipt of notice. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks thereafter.
List immediately on expiry of the aforesaid period.
Till the next date of listing, respondents are restrained from interfering in peaceful life of petitioners as husband and wife, and adopting any coercive measure or causing harassment.
