JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners Smt. Afsana & Another with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned not to interfere in the peaceful living of the petitioners and their family members may not be harassed.
Considering the facts, it is directed that in this case no FIR has been registered, it is directed that in case the petitioners appear before the S.S.P. Bahraich with regard to to their grievance, the same shall be considered, so that injustice may not be done to any of the party.
Accordingly this petition is disposed of.
