Heard Mr. V.M. Trivedi, learned advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Trivedi submits that the issue involved in the present petition and the prayers that are prayed for do not survive.
It transpires from the record that there are identical petitions which are admitted by this Court (Coram: K.S. Jhaveri, J.) vide order dated 12.3.2010. Hence, Registry is directed to notify all cognate matters being Special Civil Application Nos.11565 of 2009, 11267 of 2009, 5712 of 2009, 7399 of 2002, 7612 of 2002, 8908 of 2002, 23071 of 2005, 23072 of 2005, and Civil Application No.49 of 2010 in Special Civil Application No.7399 of 2002.
