JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Sathish, learned counsel on record for the writ petitioner present. He states that he is with drawing the writ petition and an endorsement to that effect has also been made in the Court records.
2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
