S.Mohanan vs State Of Kerala

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the tender proceedings issued by the second respondent Municipality. A statement has been filed by the counsel for respondents 2 to 4. It is stated therein that the Alappuzha Municipality has taken a decision not to proceed with the awarding of tender challenged in this writ petition (Project No.130). In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of recording the same.
