The wife has filed O.P.No. 538/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Muvattupuzha seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The husband has filed O.P.No. 1370/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Thrissur also for restitution of conjugal rights. Both the cases between the very same parties have obviously to be tried by one and the same court. 2. The husband has no objection in O.P.No. 1370/2013 being transferred to the Family Court, Muvattupuzha where O.P.No. 538/2013 is pending. I therefore order transfer of O.P.No. 1370/2013 from the Family Court, Thrissur to the Family Court, Muvattupuzha. The transferee court shall issue notice to the parties and take the proceedings to a logical end.
The transfer petition is disposed of.
