Heard learned advocate for the petitioner. By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 18.05.2012 in Regular Darkhast Application No. 101/2011 in Regular Civil Suit No.72/2010 passed by the learned 11th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Surat, by which, the present petitioner is directed to hand over the possession of the rented premises to its owner for which the Civil Suit is already decreed against the present petitioner on 16.04.2010.It is to be noted that the decree which is already passed against the present petitioner on 16.04.2010 is not even challenged before any forum.
Hence, no interference is called for in the present petition. The present petition is required to be dismissed and the same is hereby dismissed.
