The petitioner had filed Ext.P5 representation to the 1st respondent inter alia seeking for regularisation of her appointment with effect from 01.06.2009. In fact, her appointment has been regularised as High School Assistant (Social Science) only with effect from 01.06.2011. Her claim in Ext.P5 has not been considered so far is the complaint.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of as under.
The 1st respondent shall consider Ext.P5 representation and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
