Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to initiate enquiry of the dispute or refer the dispute to any competent officer or to any arbitrator as enumerated in Section 62 of A.P.Co- operative Societies Act, 1964.”
After arguing the case, Mr.R.Dheeraj Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to approach respondent No.3 with proper application raising a dispute between himself and the Society concerned and avail a fresh remedy, in the event, respondent No.3 does not initiate appropriate proceedings for resolution of the dispute either under Section 61 or under 62 of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.37890 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
