JUDGMENT / ORDER

The husband has filed O.P.No.2319/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Ernakulam seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The husband is working as a salesman in a private firm at Ernakulam. The wife is a home maker residing with her parents at Thiruvananthapuram. 2. It is a virtual impossibility for the wife to travel all the way from Thiruvananthapuram to Ernakulam for the conduct of the case. This is especially so since she has to look after the minor child born in the wed lock. It may only be a slight inconvenience for the husband to travel from Ernakulam to Thiruvananthapuram for this purpose.
3. I therefore order transfer of O.P.No.2319/2013 from the Family Court, Ernakulam to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The husband is eager and willing to take back his wife and stay with her. The transferee court shall therefore conduct a series of conciliatory talks before entering into the trial of the case.
The Transfer Petition is disposed of.
