JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 06.11.2017, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners and the Registry was directed to list the matter on 07.11.2017, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today (07.11.2017) also when the matter was called, none appeared for the writ petitioners.
2.In the light of the fact that there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners, it is evident that the petitioners are not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
